Out of season service

We will be pleased to provide you with a quotation for servicing on site or we can train your staff to carry out the work.

We have a mobile compressor so that water can be blown out of the reels for winter storage, eliminating the need to lay out the hose and wind it back onto the drum with the PTO.

Particular attention should be paid to the essential pre-winter checks to avoid frost damage.

Free training

We offer 'out of season' operator training at our premises in Corby free of charge. We can provide instruction in all aspects of machine service and operation, as required. This is available from 1st November until 28th February.

Modifications and upgrades

Ask about our current range of upgrades and retrofit options. These include:

Retrofit Program Rain controllers - Program Rain 10-12 controllers can be fitted to many makes and models of machine; in many cases making a huge difference to the accuracy and reliability of the hosereel.

Hosereel repiping - we offer excellent quality replacement HDPE hoses for all makes and models of hosereel.

JCB Pump drawbar modifications - we can modify the drawbar to make the towing eye end detachable; a useful theft deterrent.

JCB Pump primer oil catch can - retains oil used to lubricate the vanes of the pump when starting up.
